A thorough inspection of the home for the potential presence of mold and/or mold growth. This service focuses on the areas where mold has the highest potential to manifest. The main focus is to find signs of water intrusion into the structure or other sources that may cause mold to form. Testing with tape samples and air cells to determine the presence of mold is provided.
